Understand Intersections and Distinctions Between Allies, Advocacy, and Activism
This workshop will help individuals and organizations become more aware and better suited as allies to various diversity groups within an organization or community. Participants will understand intersections and distinctions between allies, advocacy, and activism. Participants will also learn concepts and tools to become stronger and more meaningful allies within the landscape of diversity, equity & inclusion.
Program Details
- Can be offered in a half-day retreat, or within 1.5 to 3 hours depending on organization’s time and needs.
- As many as the organization needs, 15 minimum to 150 maximum is ideal.
