Identify, Understand, and Improve Intercultural Interactions

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessment creates opportunities for individuals and groups to identify, understand, and improve intercultural interactions and apply strategies, plans, and implementations at the individual, organizational, community, and programmatic levels. This assessment also includes group and one-on-one coaching by a certified Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator that supports individuals, leaders, and organizations deepening their intercultural awareness, development, and strategic planning through the deployment of the IDI assessment.

Program Details

  • Offered in multiple sessions — including an informational overview session, individual IDI assessments, group follow-up IDI debrief session, and individual IDI report debrief and planning session, with possibilities for additional individual and group coaching.  
  • Maybe limited and vary greatly depending on the audience. Highly recommended for executive leadership teams, organizational board members, or specific teams/departments as ideal starting points. Ongoing one-on-one coaching sessions are occasional, and typically at individual, supervisor, or executive leaders’ discretion.
