DIRECTOR OF IMMERSIVE LEADERSHIP, PROGRAMS & OPERATIONS
As the Director of Immersive Leadership, Programs and Operations, Hana is responsible for ongoing leadership and planning of a variety of employee, client and community activities. This includes supporting the Center for Immersive Leadership programs, special events and meetings along with working in partnership with colleagues and external partners to provide leadership opportunities at all levels.
Hana’s service with United Way began in 2015. She has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. Through her tenure with United Way she has also gained experience in multiple aspects of the organization, starting in Major Gifts and Employee Experience as the most recent. With the exponential growth the organization has gone through in the past 5 years, Hana looks forward to continuing her career path and supporting the United Way staff and community leadership to ensure they can continue to serve in the most inclusive and impactful way possible.
In addition to her professional career, Hana is active in the community. She currently serves on the Conservancy of Cuyahoga Valley National Park Community Partnerships Committee and Co-Chairs the City of Green Inclusion and Belonging Committee. She is extremely passionate about holistic wellness and helps to make the community a better place for the next generations to come.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Hana has found her home in Northeast Ohio along with her husband, two children. She enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
