The Center for Immersive Leadership provides educational experiences and development opportunities for individuals, teams and workplaces.

We believe one of the greatest investments we can make in the future of our community is in cultivating passionate and purpose-driven leaders. We take a look within, lead beyond approach, inspiring current and future leaders to improve their communities through values-based leadership.

Our Programs

Our process starts with us sitting down with you in person or virtually to gain a deep understanding of your goals. We then recommend programs, coaching, and services specifically designed to support the leadership development and organizational growth you’re aiming for.

PURPOSEFUL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Created with the experienced leader in mind, the Purposeful Leadership Program takes leaders on a journey of discovery and transformation. Apply for an opportunity to develop the competencies you need to transform the way you lead and live in today’s world.

Includes a Leadership Circle 360 assessment, including feedback from peers and professional consultants, an intro session, six program dates, six hours of one-on-one coaching, and more!

This course is our original in-depth and practical guide that goes beyond competencies and skill-building.  It is an interactive journey that gives leaders a road map to navigate the challenges of personal and professional growth.

APPRECIATING GENERATIONAL DIFFERENCES

Generational differences in the workplace can create gaps in communication and misunderstandings. In this workshop, we learn and explore the generations currently active in the workplace and their societal influences.

We also engage participants of all ages with tools to bridge generational divides and recognize how differences in thought and experience help teams succeed.
