Generational differences in the workplace can create gaps in communication, misunderstandings, and conflict. In this workshop, we learn and explore the different generations currently active in the workplace and their societal influences. We also engage participants of all ages with tools and concepts to bridge generational divides and recognize how differences in thought and experience help teams succeed.
