DIRECTOR OF IMMERSIVE LEADERSHIP, STRATEGY & COMMUNICATIONS

Amy is a strategic thinker, educator, and creative with a heart for uplifting others. As the Director of Immersive Leadership, Strategy & Communications, she facilitates programs that cultivate meaningful impact for people, workplaces, and communities. Her work also centers on advancing the Center for Immersive Leadership’s strategic vision and communication efforts.

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree from Walsh University and a master’s in Leadership and Communication, with a concentration in Organizational Change, from Gonzaga University. She is deeply committed to lifelong learning and practices a human-centered leadership style rooted in cura personalis—care for the whole person. Her work history, life lessons, and academic journey have equipped her with the tools to navigate complex organizational challenges while maintaining a focus on people, purpose, and positive impact.

Amy’s background spans education, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She has taught both in high school classrooms and as an adjunct professor at Kent State University. For seventeen years, she also ran a successful business, producing commercial and personal photography for individuals, brands, and local and national organizations.

Outside of work, Amy and her husband stay busy raising their three kids—a college freshman, a high school sophomore, and an energetic second grader. She finds joy in hiking, traveling, and spending time with good friends.
