The Center for Immersive Leadership (CIL) was established following the merger of United Way of Summit & Medina and Heart to Heart Leadership. The CIL combines the strengths of United Way’s trainings and workshops focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, Heart to Heart’s existing programming, and new offerings to be developed going forward.

We are committed in our mission to bring leadership and development to our most critical community needs. CIL trains and nurtures purpose-driven and impactful servant leaders, who will work to improve the lives of as many people as possible.
