Program Overview

This program is a practical guide designed to help leaders grow both personally and professionally. It doesn’t claim to address every leadership challenge—no program can—instead it equips participants with the tools to face those challenges with confidence and clarity. In this group, you'll connect with others to share ideas and strategies for success. Together, you'll explore how to bring self-awareness, other-awareness, and core values into your everyday work and life.



Inside the Heart of Leadership covers 12 sessions in 6-month or full-year cohorts.

The next community program meets on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays for 12 two-hour sessions, beginning on May 13, 8am-10am.
