Thriving Through Work

A Space for Thoughtful Conversations About Work and Thriving

This program is a comprehensive leadership development experience for leaders at every level. It is designed to foster both personal and professional growth. While no program can anticipate every leadership scenario, this experience equips participants with the tools to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

In a collaborative group setting, you’ll connect with peers to exchange ideas and strategies for success. Together, you’ll explore how to integrate core leadership topics into your life and work.

Guided by the framework of Kevin Cashman’s Leadership from the Inside Out, the sessions integrate a variety of tools and resources to dive deeply into core leadership themes. We believe leadership is a lifelong journey rather than a destination, and we are passionate about supporting each individual as they grow along their own unique path.

Inside the Heart of Leadership covers 12 sessions in 6-month or full-year cohorts.

FORMAT

The program includes 12 sessions, each lasting 2 hours. You can choose a schedule that works best for your group, for example:

  • Every other week for six months
  • One a month for a year

With its longer format, the program allows participants to reflect, apply, and grow gradually over time.

LOCATION

The Center for Immersive Leadership offers flexible location options:

  • On-site at the CIL group-friendly spaces
  • At your organization–We’ll come to you!
  • Off-site location such as a local venue, park shelter, or co-working space

OTHER INFO:

  • Accommodates groups up to 18 people
  • Each session includes pre-work and optional “dive deeper” resources to extend learning beyond the session.
  • Program materials included. Each participant receives the Leadership from the Inside Out book and a binder packed with tools and resources.

I wanted to let you know how incredible I found the event today…..discussing ideas like the “Bowling Alone” concept seems to me a great way to forge connections and find kindred spirits in professional networks. I really appreciate that you are convening people in face-to-face discussions like the one today.
