Purposeful Leadership Program

Participants in the Purposeful Leadership program must be experienced leaders, passionate about elevating their leadership skills and abilities to better inspire their people, organizations, and community.
Program fee includes one intro-session, six training days, meals, materials, 360 Leadership Assessment, and. six hours of one-on-one coaching.

Leadership today demands more than operational skill—it requires self-awareness, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and the courage to lead from purpose. The Purposeful Leadership Program equips leaders with the inner resilience and outward competencies needed to create cultures of trust, engagement, and high performance.
Purposeful leaders have a higher purpose that drives them and inspires others to give their very best. They are humbly aware of both their own strengths and weaknesses and those of their organizations and community. They know how to use those strengths and collaborate to create a sense of thriving at work and in all of life.
Purposeful leaders are able to align those inner commitments with outward skills to increase employee engagement, resilience, and performance. They are equipped to rise above given circumstances to meet the demands of an increasingly complex and fast-changing world.
FORMAT
The program includes:
- An intro session where you meet all participants, facilitators, and coaches
- 6 full-day sessions over several months
- 360 Leadership Circle Assessment
- 6 hours of one-on-one coaching
- Graduation with Dinner

- Accommodates groups up to 18 people
- Each session includes pre-work and optional resources
- Program materials included. Each participant receives a binder packed with tools and resources, their 360 assessment and interpretation manual, as well as articles and several key books.

Why Purposeful Leadership Matters

Program Cost
The program fee is $4000 per person. Partial scholarships, typically $ 1,500, are available. This fee includes one intro session, six full-day training sessions, meals, a commencement with a catered dinner, materials, a 360 Leadership Circle Profile Assessment, and six hours of one-on-one coaching.
