Resiliency and well-being shift over time, often without us noticing. In the pace of daily work and life, it’s easy to miss the signals that something is out of balance until stress, fatigue, or disengagement take hold.
This session explores what resiliency and well-being truly mean in today’s workplace and how practices such as mindfulness, balance, and self-compassion can support sustained growth. Drawing on research and practical insight, participants will examine why regular “check-ins” are essential for maintaining clarity, energy, and effectiveness.
Through guided reflection and conversation, this program invites participants to pause, assess where they are, and consider strategies that strengthen resiliency and well-being over time.
The Enneagram is a tool that aids in learning more about oneself and others. It helps to answer questions such as:
- What can I appreciate about what I bring to the team?
- How might I better relate to others?
- How can I promote improved relationships and mutual understanding for those on my team?
Through this program, participants will gain a better understanding of the way they and others relate, communicate, resolve conflict, manage change, and lead.
Join the growing number of local organizations as well as area leaders who have unlocked the wisdom of the Enneagram for their personal, professional, and organizational development.
What are the important conversations that help co-workers stay focused and productive?
Find out this and more in the Working as One Program. Written by Christine Williams, PhD, this practical program doesn’t just offer theory, but practical tools on what conversations to have and how to have them.
The content is focused on four key areas that can be directly applied to any team at any level of an organization.
- Why we need to talk/listen to one another
- What we need to talk about
- How to go about having these conversations
- The leader’s role in initiating/facilitating/and following through with high-impact conversations
Generational differences in the workplace can create gaps in communication, misunderstandings, and conflict. In this workshop, we learn and explore the different generations currently active in the workplace. Learn about each generation’s societal influences, the strengths they bring, and their communication styles.
We also engage participants of all ages with tools and concepts to bridge generational divides and recognize how differences in thought and experience help teams succeed.
The Bridges Out of Poverty framework has long served to close gaps in understanding between socioeconomic classes and strengthen connections between organizations and the communities they serve.
Recently, organizations have discovered how powerful it can be for internal teams. This program helps colleagues work better together and recognize how a background or present circumstance of hardship can shape an individual’s communication, expectations, and behavior in the workplace.
We gather several times a year to explore essential workplace topics through facilitated discussion, guest presenters, or expert panels. These gatherings are designed to foster learning, connection, and a shared commitment to building healthy, effective organizations.
Each session offers relevant insights, practical takeaways, and opportunities for meaningful dialogue. This series provides space to stay informed, engaged, and connected.

“After building a solid foundation of individual purpose and leadership of self, the program then turns to focus on interpersonal leadership. The Leadership Circle and the Enneagram are woven in throughout the entire program, and both offer sophisticated systems of assessment and growth to work within. No matter how much leadership work someone has done previously, and no matter what programs they may have already participated in, I’m confident that the Purposeful Leadership Program will offer areas of stretching and growth for anyone.”
Among the many leadership programs I’ve participated in, this one has been the most impactful—both personally and professionally. Regardless of your field, it cultivates leadership in all its forms and inspires a deeper commitment to growth, integrity, and being a better human overall
